Magical Lights Adventure – No Refund Policy & Terms of Service
No Refund Policy

All ticket sales for Magical Lights Adventure are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in weather, scheduling conflicts, illness, or failure to attend.

The only exception to this policy is in the rare circumstance that Magical Lights Adventure is unable to operate due to a complete loss of power.

If a scheduled show night is canceled due to such an event, all affected ticket holders will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.

Full refunds for canceled events will be automatically processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to bring magical holiday memories to our community.

Terms of Service

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

Each ticket grants entry to one vehicle for the date and time selected at purchase.

Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified and cannot be transferred or rescheduled.

Please arrive during your designated time slot to ensure a smooth experience. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

2. Weather Policy

Magical Lights Adventure is a rain-or-shine event. The show will continue during most weather conditions.

In the event of severe weather that creates unsafe conditions and requires closure, ticket holders will be notified by email with further instructions.

3. Safety & Conduct

For the safety of all guests, drivers must obey posted signage and event staff instructions at all times.

Guests must remain inside their vehicles throughout the experience unless directed otherwise by staff.

Reckless driving, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow event rules may result in removal without refund.

4. Liability Waiver

By attending Magical Lights Adventure, you and all occupants of your vehicle voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event and agree to release the event organizers, staff, and venue owners from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred.

5. Photography & Media Release

By entering the event, you grant Magical Lights Adventure permission to capture and use photographs, video, and other media of the event (which may include you or your vehicle) for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
